Promotion earns an Epic holding.
Two Commons and one Uncommon from Volumes 1–2 can be exchanged for one Epic Promotion Certificate after manual approval. A certificate counts like any other Epic. Common and Uncommon holders become Special Case Operatives; Legendary and 1-of-1 holders retain their higher rank.
Rank reflects current verified holdings, not a permanent achievement. Perks will be announced separately.
