Any combination from Volumes 1–2. Each approved set uses three distinct NFTs for one certificate. Multiple completed promotions are allowed, with no lifetime limit. Volume 3 is excluded.

The approved recipe is two Commons and one Uncommon from Volumes 1–2 for one Epic Promotion Certificate. Requests, transfers, and certificate issuance are not open.
One active file at a time
When requests open, each set will need owner review. The approved policy allows one active request per confirmed Agency identity. No wallet connection or transfer is needed to view readiness. Do not send NFTs now.
Epic Certificate NFT
An issued certificate counts as one Epic holding, never as a Common or Uncommon input. Your highest held rarity sets your rank. Further rank perks will be announced later.

Lower ranks transformed into Epic standing.
Common green flows through Uncommon blue into Epic purple. The yellow-eyed Agency detective and magnifying-glass insignia mark the completed promotion.
Each issued certificate is treated as one Epic holding. Legendary and 1-of-1 holders keep their higher rank.
Do not send NFTs yet. The recipe is approved, but requests remain paused until the certificate contract and issuance process are finalized. Sending to a wallet is not itself a burn.
